We rent RV's to the public at a reasonable cost, as low as $119/WEEK-ALL BILLS PAID!!, in San Leon, Texas. Our surrounding areas are Dickinson, Kemah, and League City, Texas. Weekly and monthly rates are available. The RV's are both spacious as well as comfortable. We provide two separate parks. EZ Livin RV Park is one block from the water and a convenience store.  Bettie - Parker  Saltwater RV Park has a saltwater recreational pond, and a saltwater creek with access to the bay. It is one block from convenience stores/gas. Both parks are next to FM 517: at 22nd Street and 16th Street.

What We Do

Our parks include ALL BILLS PAID!!.  Our price represents the cost of your rental as well as electricity water and gas. Tenants provide own wireless communications. EZ livin RV Park offers move in at $119/$129 per week plus $50 deposit including all bills paid. Bettie Parker Saltwater RV Park includes all bills at a cost of $129/$139 per week plus $50 deposit.
